How is Pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on the number of channels or data feeds you wish to collect or share information to. We have multiple packages to offer any size business and can even tailor plans specifically to suit your needs.
What contract length or term do I need to sign up for?
All plans are offered on a rolling monthly basis, no long term, locked in contracts! We also offer discounted rates on Annual subscriptions if that's what you would prefer.
What about if I need to change plan?
No problem, you can adjust your plan at any time directly inside your portal.
What are the set up costs?
Vesta Central does not have any required set up fees, its all included in your plan. We offer video tutorials, a full service knowledge base, in app chat and a support ticket system to guide you through getting set up. We do offer an optional on-boarding package to help get you set up, and more importantly companies in your supply chain so data can flow as quickly as possible. Please get in touch to discuss this option and costs involved.
Do you offer a free trial?
Even better, we offer an open ended free plan you are welcome to use to get to know us. Our free plan gives you access to all of the core features with only minor restrictions on advanced functionality. The free plan can be used indefinitely within its limits and you can upgrade at any stage in the future if necessary.
What about connecting to existing systems?
Yes absolutely, Vesta can connect to most modern ERP, eCommerce, PIM, DAM or inventory management systems to consolidate your product data in one place. For older systems which dont offer integration methods we provide a simple to use spreadsheet import system.
Is there an API I can access?
Yes, we provide a RESTful API to create your own custom integrations and import/export methods. Simply get in touch with the team to find out more.
